This was taken with a full moon and a rippling reflection in the lake. The full moon was blown out so I took it separately at the same time, and then moved the properly exposed moon to the spot where the blown out moon was, making it slightly larger for clarity and emphasis. .
Steven Richman is an attorney practicing in New Jersey. He has lectured before photography clubs on various topics, including the legal rights of photographers. His photography has been exhibited in museums, is in private collections, and is also represented in the permanent collection of the New Jersey State Museum. He is the author of four photography books: The Bridges of New Jersey (Rutgers University Press), Mannequins (Schiffer Books), The Great Swamp (Schiffer Books) and Reconsidering Trenton (McFarland Publishers).
