So amazing. Almost dreamlike - and yet such fine crispness and clarity in every detail. Technique, artistry and composition meet.

You've taken the magic of the water from your river portraits and with feathers composed poetry of avian and water. Am truly in love with the minimalist composition and ripples in the water and basically monochromatic blue color scheme and sinuous, graceful forms of your "Forsythe Natural Wildlife Refuge". A sublime "s" curve of slender white flows harmoniously into endless blue, the egret's beak a lone fleck of subtle gold almost merging with the ripples. Such excellent clarity. Bird is perfectly placed in the image field. So liquid, the egret seems at one with the grace of the water. Even the squiggle of the reflection carries it on. Perfection. Perfection.
